I’m making a list of things I have to buy for this upcoming fall season, and one of the items on that list is a Steven Alan down vest. Bubble vests were really popular back in the 90′s (Bear, Northface, etc.) and within the past 3-4 years, they’ve been reworked and tweaked back into popular fashion.
