SUPER TRENDY: RIM Blackberry Curve 8330 !!!
Call me late or whatever, but I JUST got a Blackberry Curve 8330 and I’m in love… I think we’re getting married lol.
Aside from loving myself, fashion, sports, and the finer things in life, I also LOVE technology! That brings me to the topic of discussion: RIM’s Blackberry Curve 8330. This phone is THE phone, and don’t let people tell you otherwise. The Blackberry Bold, Tour, and Storm are all cool, but when it comes to getting the job done, you can’t go wrong with the Curve 8330.
Let’s take a walk down memory lane of my early phone life, shall we? I was definitely part of the Nextel scene in highschool (2004-2005)–rocking the Nextel i860 and bleeping the hell out of everyone.
Then I got my first smartphone on Verizon my sophomore year in college and I fell in love with that phone and windows mobile; it was the all-black Motorola Q. Eventually the buttons on the phone peeled off during my senior year of college so I was on the search for a new phone.
I ran through the Samsung Omnia, and hated it because it was full touch screen, and I’m not a 16 year old high school girl LOL. At this point I was getting sick of Windows Mobile, but I ended up downgrading essentially from the Omnia to the Samsung Saga, which was another Windows Mobile phone. The Saga was cool and all, but WinMo started to get on my nerves so I got rid of it last week, and here I am now with the smartphone of my dreams: the Blackberry Curve 8330!
RIM was definitely thinking of Junior Obionwu when they made this phone along with it’s OS. In my opinion, the workflow on this phone is unmatchable! Obviously I’m a blogger, and usually being a blogger correlates with being a texter, e-mailer, and internet browser-er (?) Is that even a word? LOL, anyway, with all of Blackberry’s seamlessly integrable apps I can now do all of my old/new favorite things on my phone:
Tweet via UberTwitter
Blog via WordPress for Blackberry
Listen to Hot97 (since I’m not in the NYC area) via Radio Companion app
BBM the hell out of people
Browse the internet via Opera Mini
Browse the world via Blackberry Maps
Stalk people on Facebook via Facebook app
Instant message all my buddies via AIM app
Write poetry via memo pad
…and that’s just all I’ve come to find ONLY in the past 4 days. The iPhone can die. LOL just kidding, I love you Apple!
RIM should give me some kind commission for this post haha.
