OKAY OKAY OKAY! Wait a second…BOW WIZZLE’S BACK! I swear…anyone who hangs around Lil’ Wayne for an extended period of time will eventually step their game up and start rapping to their true potential. You wanna talk about a struggle? Let’s talk about Bow Wow. Dude definitely controlled the airwaves back in the early 2000′s but how long can someone last when you only appeal to teeny boppers? Not long. Anyway, the struggle for him doesn’t include being broke–because he’s obviously not–but it is the struggle to be “nice” and relevant…
I’m not in the business, but I assume staying relevant is the hardest part of the entertainment industry especially when you’re making the transition from child to adult. Also, being taken serious as a rapper is probably the best feeling an artist can have. Bow Wow struggled with both of these issues and I see he’s finally settling into his groove. Hanging with Cash Money/Young Money was definitely a great look for him.
I’m usually indifferent about Bow Wow, but now I have to say…NICE!
