This house is pretty cool. With regards to the architecture, I’d give the house an A+, as far as the furnishing, though, it would be somewhere around a C. It’s amazing how such a beautiful house can really be negatively affected by the interior design decisions…
Maybe it’s just me, but some of the furniture really warrants a “what the hell?” or a “why?” If you scan through the gallery of pictures, you’ll definitely see what I’m talking about.
Anyway, this house’s architecture has a lot of good things going for it: I LOVE the bathroom fixtures, wine cellar, swimming pool, and kitchen. I think that bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms are the most important things to look for when deciding on whether or not to purchase a house!
This house is priced at around $5.7 million, and I think they’ll have a hard time selling for that price because of the economy; and the furnishing doesn’t help the case either.
If you have $5.7 million laying around, like most of us do (LOL), then check out CONTEMPORARY CHERRY CREEK to purchase it.
