Damn… there’s a lot to say about this new Clipse/Camron song (produced by Pharrell). First off, I want to again express my undying love for The Clipse as a duo and, in my opinion, one of the best and most underrated rappers of our time! Second, I want to state the fact that I’ve been a Cam fan since highschool (so that’s since 2001 for me) and I was upset when dude left for a little, Dipset died out, and Jim Jones started thinking he was a superstar, lol. I don’t hate on Jim Jones, but I definitely don’t think he is good solo material–he belongs in a Dipset type of group. Anyway, Pharrell and the Neptunes produced this, and it sounds like they’re not playing games for The Clipse’s upcoming album, “Till The Casket Drops.” I’ve heard a bunch of songs from it already, and it looks like it’s going to be an instant classic.
Cam said “I keep it Pharrell (for real) with The Clipse (clips)” !!!!!!
P.S. peep the Play Cloths crew neck and cardigan that they’re wearing in the YouTube video picture… I love rappers self promoting, lol, Play Cloths is hot, though!
